Public Meeting Procedures 

Ensure public meetings are conducted transparently, allowing for public participation and input, and fostering trust and accountability.

Board of Education Policies

Guidance and direction to school administrators and staff on how to operate in a way that promotes safety, ensures consistency, and meets the educational goals of the community.

Anti-Bullying and Harassment

Establishes clear expectations for student behavior, outlines procedures for reporting and investigating incidents, and ensures a safe and supportive learning environment free from intimidation and discrimination.

Statement of Non-Discrimination

Commitment to equal opportunity by prohibiting unfair treatment based on protected characteristics like race, religion, sex, age, or disability.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

The process for citizens to request and obtain records to ensure accountability and an informed public. 

Title IX

To prohibit discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity that receives federal financial assistance, ensuring equal access and opportunity for all participants.
